FootMuse provides digital products. No physical shipping is required unless clearly stated on a product page.

Delivery Method
After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital product through email, a download link, customer account access, or another digital method described during checkout or on the product page.

Delivery Time
Digital delivery is usually available immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to payment review, fraud prevention checks, or technical issues.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address during checkout. If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.

Access Issues
If you do not receive access after payment, contact us with your order number and the email address used during checkout.

No Physical Shipping
Since the products are digital, no physical shipping fees, tracking numbers, or postal delivery apply unless explicitly stated otherwise.
